Responsibilities:
- Develop a business level strategy that aligns with organizational objectives and credit card business priorities.
- Establish project management plans and action plans to ensure issues are addressed within defined turnaround time (TAT) and with desired quality.
- Use automation to update channels and branches during processing steps.
- Develop a management information system (MIS) to provide timely updates on unit progress, new assignments, reasons for return to submitter (RTS), straight-processing, TAT, and case inventory . . . .
- Create internal controls for data validation, identify your customer (KYC) checks, and references.
- Partner with key stakeholders including sales, CIU, operations, product, risk, and validation teams to ensure alignment and corrections as needed.
- Monitor incoming traffic related to new logins from all channel partners and ensure technical analysis of login issues.
- Manage the denial review unit in collaboration with the sales team for timely resolution and resolution of contentious issues.
- To implement sales process best practices, stakeholder training and shared learning.
- Oversee and direct the day-to-day operations of the Sales Planning Department, promote teamwork and ensure high standards of work.
- Monitor Management Information System (MIS) for all login, approved, denied, RTS events and update the status to the relevant parties.
- Recruit, train, educate and develop teams and individuals, and ensure follow-up plans are in place.
- Conduct training to improve the skills of project teams.
- Support the project by meeting collection objectives and monitoring compliance with operational guidelines.
- Perform managerial duties to build high levels of discipline and team cohesion.
- It is considered to maintain professional relationships

Eligibility Criteria:
- Qualification: Minimum Bachelor’s Degree from HEC recognized University/Foreign University. Preference given to Master Degree holders. Age: Up to 55 Years as of April 12, 2024.
- Experience: Minimum 6 years of banking experience with 3 years in card issuance and consumer sales experience.
