Qualifications and Experience:
Legal Advisor (Supreme Court)
- Qualification: LLM/LLB
- Experience:
- 10 years professional experience with LLM qualification
- 15 years professional experience with LLB qualification
- License: Valid license to appear in the Supreme Court
- Preference: Applicant with reported judgments in the relevant field will be preferred
Legal Advisor (High Court)
- Qualification: LLM/LLB
- Experience:
- 7 years professional experience with LLM qualification
- 10 years professional experience with LLB qualification
- License: Valid license to appear in the High Court
- Preference: Applicant with reported judgments in the relevant field will be preferred
Description UOS Jobs 2024: UNIVERSITY OF SARGODHA Advertisement:
General Terms:
- The initial period of engagement is three years, extendable up to five years, based on satisfactory performance.
- Preference will be given to those with experience in service matters and legal cases related to Higher Education Institutions.
- Only shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview.
- The prescribed application form can be downloaded from the University of Sargodha website www.su.edu.pk.
- Candidates are required to fill the application form in MS Word and submit applications along with a complete CV and attested copies of testimonials.
- Attested copies of membership certificates from Punjab Bar Council, High Court Bar Association, and Supreme Court Bar Association should be attached, where applicable.
- Two recent passport-size photographs should be affixed on each application form.
- Candidates applying for more than one position must submit a separate application with the necessary documents, complete in all respects.
- Foreign degree holders must provide an equivalence certificate issued by the HEC.
- Applications must be accompanied by the original bank deposit slip/University Challan Form of Rs. 2000 as processing fee (non-refundable) to be deposited under Head of Account “Collection” in BL A/C No. 00427991777801, University of Sargodha. No other mode of payment such as Demand Draft, Pay Order, etc., will be accepted.
- Candidates already in service of a Government/Semi-Government Department or an Autonomous Body must apply through the proper channel by the closing date; otherwise, their applications shall not be entertained.
- Applications received after the closing date will not be entertained even if posted before the closing date.
- In case any information provided by the candidate in their application form is found to be incorrect or false at any stage, they will be disqualified.
- Closing date for submission of applications: 14.06.2024.
- The University reserves the right to disapprove/reject any application or cancel this process at any stage, without assigning any reason.
