  • The ideal candidate will have 7 to 10 years of experience in logistics, customs and port management systems, with a proven track record of managing complex logistics in the oil and gas industry
  • The Warehouse/Logistics Manager will be responsible for maintaining inventory, managing logistics, and ensuring compliance with customs regulations and port procedures.

Essential Responsibilities in Job Holder:

  • Develop and enforce warehouse guidelines, methods, and safety protocols to ensure efficient and stable storage of materials and system.
  • Coordinate with procurement, venture management, and engineering groups to forecast inventory wishes, music stock levels, and hold correct stock statistics.
  • Manage inbound and outbound logistics sports, inclusive of freight forwarding, transportation, and customs clearance techniques.
  • Liaise with freight forwarders, shipping sellers, and delivery companies to coordinate the timely and price-effective movement of goods and substances.
  • Ensure compliance with customs policies, import/export necessities, and port authority formalities for all inbound and outbound shipments.
  • Monitor and analyze logistics overall performance metrics, including on-time shipping, transit times, and transportation prices, and enforce continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Resolve any problems or discrepancies associated with shipments, customs clearance, or warehouse operations in a timely and efficient manner.

Essential Requirements in Job Holder:

  • Bachelor’s diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related subject.
  • Minimum of seven to 10 years of revel in in warehouse control, logistics operations, and freight forwarding, preferably within the Oil
